Payment Information

  • Amazon Payments- You may place an order directly on our Web site your Amazon account. Because of the nature of our service, your credit card is charged at the time of you order.
  • PayPal (US customers ONLY) - MouseShoppe welcomes PayPal payments for many MouseShoppe orders. Customers may pay for their MouseShoppe purchase via PayPal if:

    1) You live in the United States.
    2) You have confirmed your shipping address with PayPal.
    3) You are having your order shipped to your verified address.

    When you check out, select PayPal as your payment option and you will be redirected to the secure PayPal payment screen to continue your payment. Once payment is complete you are returned to the MouseShoppe site and will receive your order confirmation. Your order is not complete until you reach the MouseShoppe confirmation screen that displays your 5-digit MouseShoppe order number. In the event or a return or exchange, we will issue any refund only to the PayPal account you used to make your purchase.

    At this time, we DO NOT accept PayPal purchases from customers:

    1) Who reside outside the United States.
    2) Who have not confirmed their address with PayPal.
    3) Who wish to have their order shipped to an address other than their confirmed address (Gifts, etc)

    If you or your transaction does not meet these requirements, you will be returned to the MouseShoppe site, where you can complete your purchase using a credit card.

General Domestic Shipping Information

Please note that all delivery estimates are based on time-in-transit from the date your order is SHIPPED, not the date your order is placed.

MouseShoppe ships several times weekly, depending on order volume and product availability. Purchases can also be picked up in person at CharmingShoppe, our sister store in Orange, California. If purchasing items for a specific date or occasion, please use the "comments" box at the checkout screen to let us know of your specific delivery needs.

Standard Shipping:

  • MouseShoppe is pleased to offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping for most orders totalling $100 or more.
  • Standard Ground Shipping for most orders under $100 is just $8.
  • A very few oversize or heavy items have an additional shipping fee that applies regardless of the order total. These fees are clearly stated in the item description and the shipping fee is displayed during the checkout process and before you approve the final order.

Standard packages will generally arrive 4-10 days after your order is shipped. If you have a special request, and need your order by a certain date, please let us know. For fastest delivery, consider Expedited shipping.

MouseShoppe ships standard ground packages via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground / Home Delivery and/or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the size, weight and destination of your package(s). We may use either carrier at our discretion - if you have a strong preference, please let us know. Standard ground packages to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Box, APO, FPO or Rural Route addresses will generally be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

UPS delivers Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. The USPS delivers Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays. FedEx Ground delivers to commercial addresses Monday - Friday, and FedEx Home Delivery services residential addresses Tuesday - Saturday, excluding holidays.

Expedited: For those customers who need their orders ASAP, we offer Expedited shipping via FedEx and UPS.

Please note that the shipping fee is determined by the size of the item, NOT its weight. Shipping fees for heavy items, such as Snow Globes and Heartwood Creek sculptures, may exceed the value of the item itself. This also means that shipping for large but lightweight items - top hats, stuffed toys, posters, etc - will be charged at a much higher rate you may expect. We strongly urge customers to shop early and avoid the need to use Expedited shipping.

If you order items for Expedited delivery, consider those items which are smaller and flat enough to fit into the carrier-supplied boxes - ear hats, books, magazines, CDs and DVDs, and Reyn Spooner shirts are all good options.

Expedited orders are generally shipped the day AFTER your order is received, and will reach you on the 3rd day. ("2-day" packages going to Alaska or Hawaii take an extra day, due to carrier shipping policies.)

Expedited packages must be signed for at the time of delivery. If you are not available at the delivery address to accept the package, the driver may, at their discretion, make another delivery attempt later that day, leave a call tag, or return the package to the local FedEx or UPS office for you to claim it in person. Per carrier policies, we CAN NOT authorize the driver to leave your package without a signature. If you wish to have your package left without a signature, please file a permanent signature release with your local FedEx and/or UPS office.

We can not ship Expedited packages to PO Box, APO, FPO or Rural Route addresses. Please consult the schedule listed below for delivery schedules. FedEx and UPS do not offer 2-day service on weekends or most holidays, so please plan ahead.

Expedited Shipping starts at $17.00, and is based on the size and/or weight of the items in your order. The actual shipping fee is quoted during the checkout process, and before you approve the final order.

No Shipping - Will Call: If you wish to pick up your purchase at our sister store, CharmingShoppe, in Orange, California, choose this option. We will contact you to arrange for pick up during our usual store hours: Tuesday - Sunday 10-5, closed Monday.

Canadian Shipping Information:

We offer two shipping options for our customers in Canada - International Expedited (FedEx) and USPS International Mail (Small Packet or Parcel).

International Expedited service offers tracking and insurance, and packages will arrive anywhere from 2-7 days after they are shipped.

USPS International Mail packages arrive anywhere from 7 days to 4 weeks after they are mailed, and can not be tracked or insured. If mail delivery is irregular to your area, or you have experienced frequent losses via Canada Post, please choose Expedited delivery. MouseShoppe can not be held responsible for delayed, lost or mis-routed Canadian mail if you choose USPS delivery. 

USPS International Mail mail starts at $9.00, and is based on the total weight, dimensions and destination of your order. An estimated shipping fee is quoted during the checkout process, and before you approve the final order. If the actual shipping fee is higher than quoted, the difference will be billed to you. Customs and/or duties ARE NOT included in the shipping charge you are quoted, and must be paid directly to Canada Post or their agent at the time your package is claimed.

International Expedited starts at $35.00, includes insurance, and is based on the total weight, dimensions and destination of your order. An estimated shipping fee is quoted during the checkout process, and before you approve the final order. If the actual shipping fee is higher than quoted, the difference will be billed to you. Please be aware that the Expedited carriers may charge customs and brokerage fees well in excess of the value of the merchandise ordered. This is entirely outside our control. Customs, and/or duties ARE NOT included in the shipping charge you are quoted, and must be paid directly to the Expedited carrier or their agent at the time your package is claimed.

PLEASE NOTE: Customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the Recipient, even if the item is being shipped to someone other than the Purchaser. MouseShoppe is required by Federal law to file a Customs Declaration with each package shipped to Canada. We will not declare shipments as "Gifts", nor will we declare the value of  items below their listed price, for the purposes of tax evasion. We can not be held responsible for items not delivered due to failure of the recipient to pay the necessary duties and taxes. An estimated shipping fee is quoted during the checkout process, and before you approve the final order. If the actual shipping fee is higher than quoted, the difference will be billed to you. Please be aware that the Expedited carriers may charge customs and brokerage fees well in excess of the value of the merchandise ordered. This is entirely outside our control. Customs, and/or duties ARE NOT included in the shipping charge you are quoted, and must be paid directly to the Expedited carrier or their agent at the time your package is claimed.

Special Holiday Shipping Information:

UPS, FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery temporarily suspend their delivery guarantee on packages shipped during the 14 calendar days before Christmas (Dec. 11-24). For this reason, we can not guarantee delivery for orders placed after December 10 unless Expedited Shipping is selected. We always urge customers to shop early, and upgrade to Expedited Shipping for orders placed on or after December 16th.

Deliveries may be made until 7:00 p.m on December 24th.

Please note: normal UPS Ground delivery guarantees are suspended during the 14 calendar days before Christmas, and so Standard shipping orders have no delivery guarantee if placed after December 10. Please order early to avoid delayed packages and disapointment.

Priority Mail service has no delivery guarantee. Please order early to avoid delayed packages and disapointment.

Expedited delivery is Guaranteed* by 3:30 p.m. (business addresses) or 7:00 p.m. (residential addresses) on Monday, December 24, via UPS.
Expedited orders require that someone at the delivery address sign for the package. We suggest shipping all Expedited packages to a business address.

International
First Class Mail

In most cases, Small Packet Air Mail packages for orders placed after December 2nd will not arrive in time for Christmas.
International Expedited

We can not guarantee the delivery date of Expedited International Economy packages due to the time necessary to clear customs in the destination country.

 

 

From time to time, we may offer a special shipping option which guarantees your package will reach you by a certain date before a holiday. These offers are ONLY available when shipping to a UPS-deliverable address in the continental United States. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses, Rural Routes or to international destinations do not qualify for this offer.

Additionally, offer applies to in-stock items only. While we make every effort to keep our Web site up-to-date with currently available product, the nature of our service, and the realities of pre-holiday shopping, mean that we may run out of a product. If this happens, we will make every effort to contact you regarding substitutions so you receive your order in time.

* Guaranteed Delivery service means that a delivery attempt will be made by the carrier on or before the promised date. All FedEx Express and UPS Air shipments REQUIRE a signature. We are not responsible for situations where you are not available to receive or sign for the package at the shipping address you specify, where the shipping address is incorrect, or where you do not accept delivery of the package. In all cases, you must choose the shipping options designated above for these offers. We are not responsible for delays resulting from an incorrect shipping choice.
